दस्तूर शाळेतून हॉल तिकीट घेण्यासाठी निघालेल्या दोन विद्यार्थिनी रेस कोर्स गेट जवळ रस्त्यावरून पसरून पडल्या होत्या त्या ठिकाणाहून पोलीस आयुक्तालयात जाणाऱ्या उपनिरीक्षकाने अपघात पाहिल्यानंतर तात्काळ दुचाकी बाजूला घेतली त्या दोघींना नागरिकांच्या मदतीने रुग्णालयात दाखल केले गर्दीतून कारला रस्ता मिळावा म्हणून दुचाकीवरून पुढे जात वाट मोकळी करून दिली
त्यामुळे दोन विद्यार्थिनींना तात्काळ वैद्यकीय उपचार मिळाले.
दिनेश पाटील असे मदत करणारे उपनिरीक्षकाचे नाव आहे त्यांना घोरपडी येथील जया रंगनाणी व रवी मटकरी या दोघांनी मदत केली पाटील हे गुन्हे शाखा युनिट 1 येथे नेमणुकीला आहेत सोमवारी सकाळी नेहमीप्रमाणे ते हडपसर पोलीस आयुक्तालयात येत होत्या रेसकोर्स गेट जवळ सकाळी साडेदहाच्या सुमारास दस्तुर शाळेतील दोन विद्यार्थिनी दुचाकीवरून जाताना ब्रेक लावल्यामुळे रस्त्यावर पडल्या होत्या त्या गंभीर जखमी झाल्या होत्या पाटील त्या ठिकाणाहून नेमके त्या वेळी जात होते अपघातामध्ये जखमी झालेल्या दोन विद्यार्थिनी रस्त्यावर पडल्याचे त्यांना दिसले त्यांनी तत्काळ दुचाकी बाजूला लावून त्यांच्याकडे धाव घेतली त्यावेळी एका विद्यार्थिनीच्या तोंडातून फेस येत होता
दुसरीच्या हाताला आणि पायाला लागले होते पाटील यांनी येथून जाणाऱ्या जया रंगणांनी यांच्याकडे मदत मागून कार थांबवली त्या दोन्ही मुलींना पाटील यांनी कारमध्ये बसवले एका तरुणाला दुचाकीवर बसून त्या कारच्या पुढे चालत रस्ता करून देत दोघींना केईएम रुग्णालयात दाखल केले दहा ते बारा मिनिटांमध्ये रुग्णालयात पोहोचले तेथील डॉक्टरांनी उपचार केल्यानंतर एक विद्यार्थिनी शुद्धीवर आली त्यानंतर मुलीच्या पालकांची माहिती घेऊन त्यांना रुग्णालयात बोलविण्यात आले.
मुलींची प्रकृती स्थिर असून त्यांच्यावर उपचार सुरू आहेत पाटील यांच्या या कामगिरीचे वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्यांकडून अभिनंदन होत आहे मदत करणाऱ्या कारचालक महिला जया व रवी यांचा पोलीस अधिकाऱ्यांच्या हस्ते सत्कार करण्यात येणार आहे नागरिकांनी अपघातांमधील जखमी व्यक्तीस मदत करण्याचे आवाहन पोलिसांकडून करण्यात आले आहे
दोन विद्यार्थिनी जखमी अवस्थेत दिसल्यानंतर त्यांना तत्काळ उपचार मिळावे हीच माझ्या डोक्यात होते, अपघातामध्ये जखमी व्यक्तीला लवकर प्राथमिक उपचार मिळाल्यास रुग्णाच्या जीविताला धोका राहत नाही. पोलिस खात्यात असल्यामुळे या गोष्टीची माहिती होती त्यामुळे या दोघींना तात्काळ रुग्णालयात दाखल केले नागरिकांनीदेखील रस्त्यात कोणी अपघातामध्ये जखमी दिसल्यास त्यांना तत्काळ मदत करावी पोलिसांकडून मदत करणाऱ्या व्यक्तींना कोणताही त्रास होत नाही.
