पुणे, दि. 7 : ‘कोरोना’च्या संभाव्य ‘तिसऱ्या लाटे’ची शक्यता गृहीत धरुन आरोग्य विभागाने सतर्क रहावे, अशा सूचना देऊन या लाटेत लहान बालके बाधित झाल्यास त्यांना आवश्यक ते उपचार वेळेत उपलब्ध करुन देण्यासाठी योग्य नियोजन करा, असे निर्देश उपमुख्यमंत्री तथा जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी आज प्रशासकीय यंत्रणेला दिले.
पुण्यातील कौन्सिल हॉल येथे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांच्या अध्यक्षतेखाली कोरोना परिस्थिती आणि उपाययोजनांबाबत आढावा बैठक घेण्यात आली, यावेळी ते बोलत होते. यावेळी खासदार गिरीश बापट, खासदार श्रीरंग बारणे पुण्याचे महापौर मुरलीधर मोहोळ, पिंपरी चिंचवडच्या महापौर उषा उर्फ माई ढोरे, आमदार सुनील टिंगरे, आमदार अशोक पवार, आमदार संजय जगताप, आमदार अतुल बेनके, आमदार माधुरी मिसाळ, आमदार मुक्ता टिळक, आमदार सिध्दार्थ शिरोळे तसेच विभागीय आयुक्त सौरभ राव, यशदाचे महासंचालक एस. चोक्कलिंगम, भूजल सर्वेक्षण विभागाचे संचालक मल्लिनाथ कलशेट्टी, पुणे महानगरपालिका आयुक्त विक्रम कुमार, पिंपरी-चिंचवड महानगरपालिका आयुक्त राजेश पाटील, पीएमआरडीएचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी सुहास दिवसे, जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेश देशमुख, पोलीस आयुक्त अमिताभ गुप्ता, पोलीस आयुक्त कृष्ण प्रकाश, विशेष पोलीस महानिरीक्षक मनोज लोहिया, जिल्हा पोलीस अधीक्षक डॉ.अभिनव देशमुख, जिल्हा परिषदेचे मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी आयुष प्रसाद, आरोग्य विभागाचे निवृत्त महासंचालक डॉ. सुभाष साळुंके, जिल्हा शल्यचिकित्सक डॉ. अशोक नांदापुरकर आदींसह वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते. पुणे जिल्ह्यातील ‘कोरोना’ विषाणूची सद्यस्थिती, प्रशासनाच्यावतीने करण्यात येणाऱ्या उपाययोजना तसेच लसीकरण आदी विषयांबाबत उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी बैठकीत माहिती जाणून घेतली.
उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार म्हणाले, कोरोना प्रतिबंधाच्या दृष्टीने 45 वर्षांवरील नागरिकांबरोबरच 18 ते 44 वयोगटातील नागरिकांना लस देण्यासाठी राज्यशासन प्रयत्नशील आहे. यासाठी आवश्यक असणारा निधी राखून ठेवण्यात आला आहे. परंतू सध्या मर्यादित स्वरुपात लस उपलब्ध होत आहे. पुरेशा प्रमाणात लस उपलब्ध झाल्यावर लसीकरण सुरळीतपणे होईल. पहिली लस घेतलेल्या नागरिकांना दुसरी लस उपलब्ध करुन देण्यासाठी प्राधान्य दिले जाईल, असे उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी सांगितले.
कोरोनाच्या रुग्णांवर उपचार करताना सरसकट सर्व रुग्णांच्या नातेवाईकांकडे रेमडेसीवीर इंजेक्शनची मागणी करता कामा नये, असे सांगून रेमडेसीवीरबाबतीत गैरप्रकार करणाऱ्या रुग्णालयांची तपासणी करुन दोषी रुग्णालयावर कारवाई करण्याच्या सूचना त्यांनी केल्या. याबरोबरच काही रुग्णालये बिला साठी मृतदेह अडवून ठेवल्याचे आढळल्यास अशा रुग्णालयांवरही कडक कारवाई करण्यात यावी, असे निर्देश उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी दिले.
कोरोना संसर्गाची साखळी तोडण्यासाठी राज्यात निर्बंध लागू केले आहेत. नागरिकांनी स्वतः हून नियम पाळून प्रशासनाला सहकार्य करणे गरजेचे आहे. ऑक्सिजन युक्त व व्हेंटिलेटरयुक्त उपलब्ध खाटा, उपलब्ध लस याविषयी समन्वय ठेवून नागरिकांपर्यंत योग्य माहिती पोहोचवा, असे आवाहनही त्यांनी केले. कोरोना महामारीच्या संकटकाळात गरजूंना अन्नधान्य उपलब्ध व्हावे, यासाठी राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेंतर्गत अंत्योदय व प्राधान्य कुटुंबातील लाभार्थ्यांना मोफत अन्नधान्य वितरीत करण्यात येत आहे. जिल्ह्यातील गरजू कुटुंबांना या योजनेचा लाभ मिळवून देण्यासाठी प्रयत्न करा, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
कोरोनाच्या संभाव्य तिसऱ्या लाटेमध्ये लहान मुलांना वैद्यकीय सेवा सुविधा अपुऱ्या पडू नयेत, याची दक्षता घेऊन काटेकोरपणे नियोजन करा,असे स्पष्ट निर्देश उपमुख्यमंत्री अजित पवार यांनी सर्व शासकीय यंत्रणेला दिले. त्याचबरोबर आरोग्य सुविधा वाढवणे, ऑक्सिजन पुरवठा, बेड उपलब्धता व रेमिडिसिव्हीर इंजेक्शन आदी वैद्यकीय सेवा सुविधा उपलब्ध करुन देण्यासाठी आवश्यक तयारी करा, असेही त्यांनी सांगितले.
महापौर मुरलीधर मोहोळ यांनी पुणे महानगरपालिकेच्यावतीने कोरोना नियंत्रणासाठी विविध उपाययोजना करण्यात येत असल्याचे सांगितले. ऑक्सिजन बेड, आयसीयू बेड पुरेसे तयार होत आहेत. ऍक्टिव रुग्णसंख्या कमी होऊन बरे होणाऱ्या रुग्णांचे प्रमाण वाढतेय, ही दिलासादायक बाब असल्याचे त्यांनी सांगितले.
महापौर उषा उर्फ माई ढोरे म्हणाल्या, तिसऱ्या लाटेमध्ये लहान मुले बाधित होतील, ही शक्यता पाहून नियोजन करणे गरजेचे आहे.
खासदार गिरीश बापट म्हणाले, कोरोना प्रतिबंधक लसीकरणासाठी योग्य नियोजन होणे आवश्यक आहे. ऑक्सिजन प्लॅन्ट जलद उभे राहणे गरजेचे आहे, जेणेकरून ऑक्सिजन चा तुटवडा दूर होण्यास मदत होईल.
खासदार श्रीरंग बारणे म्हणाले, कोरोना प्रतिबंधासाठी कडक लॉकडाऊन करणे आवश्यक आहे. व्हेंटिलेटरयुक्त बेड व ऑक्सिजनयुक्त बेड ची उपलब्धता सर्वसामान्यांना समजण्यासाठी नियोजन करावे.
यावेळी आमदार सर्वश्री अशोक पवार, सुनील टिंगरे, अतुल बेनके, संजय जगताप, मुक्ता टिळक, माधुरी मिसाळ, आमदार सिद्धार्थ शिरोळे यांनीही महत्वाचे विषय मांडले.
डॉ. सुभाष साळुंके म्हणाले, अन्य काही राज्यात कोरोनाच्या नव्या विषाणूचा संसर्ग होत आहे. महाराष्ट्र राज्यात देखील यादृष्टीने उपाययोजना कराव्या लागतील, असे सांगून कोविड -19 च्या नव्या स्ट्रेनच्या नियंत्रणासाठी आवश्यक असणाऱ्या उपाययोजनांबाबत माहिती दिली.
विभागीय आयुक्त सौरभ राव यांनी ट्रॅकिंग व टेस्टिंग, लसीकरण, रुग्णालयीन व्यवस्थापन, रुग्णसंख्येचा तपशील, रुग्णवाहिका व शववाहिका उपलब्धता, जम्बो कोविड रुग्णालय व्यवस्थापन, ऑक्सिजन मागणी, ऑक्सिजन व रेमडेसीवीर मागणी, सद्यस्थिती व पारदर्शक पद्धतीने वाटप होत असल्याबाबत माहिती दिली. तसेच पुणे जिल्ह्यातील कोरोनाबाधित रुग्णांची क्षेत्रनिहाय माहिती सादरीकरणाद्वारे दिली.
जिल्हाधिकारी डॉ. राजेश देशमुख यांनी प्रशासनाच्यावतीने करण्यात येत असलेल्या उपाययोजनांची माहिती दिली. ऑक्सिजन, रेमडेसीविरची जिल्ह्याची मागणी व सुरळीत पुरवठा होण्यासाठी करण्यात येणारे उपाय याबाबत माहिती दिली. यावेळी डॉ. देशमुख यांनी दिली. तसेच राष्ट्रीय अन्न सुरक्षा योजनेंतर्गत लाभार्थ्यांना आतापर्यंत वाटप करण्यात आलेले अन्नधान्य व यापुढील नियोजनाची माहिती दिली. बैठकीला विविध यंत्रणांचे प्रमुख अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
