जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयामध्ये मारहाण करणार्‍या आणि पोलिस कर्मचा-याच्या फिर्यादीवरून कलम ३५३ सारखा गंभीर गुन्हा दाखल असलेल्या आरोपीची रात्रीतून जामीन होतेच कशी? असा संतप्त सवाल विधान परिषदेचे विरोधी पक्षनेते धनंजय मुंडे यांनी आज जिल्हा पोलिस अधीक्षक जी. श्रीधर यांना विचारत जिल्ह्यातील कायदा व सुव्यवस्था उद्ध्वस्त झाली आहे. बीड पोलिस भाजपाचे गुलाम झाले आहेत, असा गंभीर आरोप धनंजय मुंडेंनी करून या प्रकरणी एसपी जी. श्रीधर यांची निवडणूक आयोगाकडे तक्रार करणार असल्याचे म्हटले.
बीड जिल्ह्यात निवडणूक कालावधीत पोलिस असेच वागले तर लोकशाहीचे धिंडवडे तर निघतीलच परंतु जिल्ह्यात अशांतता पसरून अराजकता माजेल, असा इशाराही धनंजय मुंडेंनी आज दिला.
गेल्या दोन दिवसांपूर्वी भाजपा उमेदवार प्रीतम मुंडे यांच्या उमेदवारीवर आक्षेप घेणार्‍या कॉंग्रेस कार्यकर्त्यास बीड जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयामध्ये भाजपाच्या गुंडांकडून मारहाण झाली. ही मारहाण जिल्हाधिकारी कार्यालयातील कर्मचार्‍यांसह बंदोबस्तावर असलेल्या पोलिसांच्या उपस्थितीत झाल्याचे उभ्या जिल्ह्यानेच नव्हे तर देशाने व्हिडिओद्वारे पाहितले. या प्रकरणात कॉंग्रेस कार्यकर्ता दादासाहेब मुंडे यांच्या फिर्यादीवरून भाजपाच्या २५ कार्यकर्त्यांवर गुन्हा दाखल झाला तर याच प्रकरणात पोलिस कर्मचार्‍याच्या फिर्यादीवरून ३५३ सारखा गंभीर गुन्हा त्या २५ कार्यकर्त्यांवर दाखल झालेला आहे. आरोपींना अटक करण्याचे सोडून स्वप्नील गलधरसह अन्य काहींना या प्रकरणात जामीन दिली. ३५३ सारख्या गंभीर गुन्ह्यात रात्रीतून बीड पोलिस आरोपीला जामीन देत असल्याने पोलिस यंत्रणा पूर्णत: भाजपाच्या दावणीला बांधली गेल्याचे मुंडेंनी म्हटले.
याबाबत मुंडेंनी पोलिस अधीक्षकांना भ्रमणध्वनीवरून जाबही विचारला. बीड पोलिसही भाजपाची बटीक आणि गुलाम असल्यागत काम करत असल्याचा आरोप करत या प्रकरणी जिल्हा पोलिस अधीक्षक यांची निवडणूक आयोगाकडे तक्रार करणार असल्याचे सांगितले.निवडणूक काळामध्ये बीड पोलिसांची हीच भूमिका राहिली तर जिल्हाभरात अशांतता, अराजकता माजेल. कायदा व सुव्यवस्थेचा प्रश्‍न पदोपदी निर्माण होईल, असेही त्यांनी म्हटले. सत्तेच्या मस्तीमध्ये भाजपा प्रशासकीय यंत्रणांना हाताशी धरून जिल्ह्यात मनाला वाटेल ते काम करत आहेत आणि प्रशासकीय यंत्रणाही त्यांना साथ देत आहे, ही बाब गंभीर असल्याचे मुंडेंनी म्हटले आहे.
