ज्या व्हिडीओवरून वाद उद्भवला आहे, ते प्रसारित करण्याशी आपला संबंध नाही. ते प्रसारित करताना संबंधितांनी आपली परवानगी घेतलेली नाही. त्यामुळे त्याविरोधात कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्याची भूमिका कीर्तन-प्रवचनकार निवृत्ती महाराज इंदुरीकर यांनी घेतल्याची माहिती मिळाली. आरोग्य विभागाने पाठविलेली नोटीस त्यांनी गुरुवारी स्वीकारली आहे. यावर त्यांनी स्वत: अद्याप काहीही भाष्य केले नाही; मात्र, त्यांच्या निकटवर्तीयांकडून ही माहिती मिळाली आहे. दरम्यान महाराजांनी आपले पुढील आठ दिवसांचे कार्यक्रमही रद्द केले आहेत.
गर्भलिंग निदानाबाबत वक्तव्य करून पीसीएनडीटी कायद्याचा भंग केल्याचा आरोप करीत आरोग्य विभागाने इंदुरीकर महाराजांना नोटीस दिली आहे. काही दिवसांपूर्वी इंदुरीकर यांच्या एका कीर्तनाचा व्हिडिओ व्हायरल झाला आहे. या व्हिडिओ क्लिपमध्ये त्यांनी पुत्रप्राप्तीच्या वेळेबाबत काही विधाने केलेली आढ‌ळतात. जिल्हा रुग्णालयात नुकत्याच झालेल्या पीसीपीएनडीटी सल्लागार समितीच्या बैठकीत हा मुद्दा उपस्थित करण्यात आला होता. त्यानंतर इंदुरीकर महाराज यांना गुरुवारी संगमनेर ग्रामीण रुग्णालयाच्या कर्मचाऱ्यांनी नोटीस दिली. या नोटिशीवर खुलासा देण्यासाठी पंधरा दिवसांची मुदत देण्यात आली आहे. महाराजांकडूनही यासंबंधी कायदेशीर मार्गाची तयारी सुरू झाली आहे. ज्या व्हिडिओवरून ही नोटीस काढण्यात आली, त्यावरच आक्षेप घेण्यात येत आहे. महाराजांचा स्वत:चा कोणताही यू-ट्यूब चॅनल नाही, त्यांच्याशी संबंधित कोणीही हे व्हिडिओ अपलोड केलेले नाहीत. ज्या कोणी यू-ट्युब चॅनलवर ते चालविले आहेत, त्यांनी महाराजांची परवानगी घेतलेली नाही. त्यामुळे त्यांची सत्यता वगैरेंच्या गोष्टींशी महाराजांचा संबंध येत नाही. यापेक्षा वेगळे व्हिडिओही प्रसारित केले जातात, त्यांच्यासाठीही परवानगी घेतली जात नाही. याआधीही सात ते आठ चॅनेलने अशाच प्रकारे कीर्तनाच्या व्हिडिओ प्रसिद्ध केले होते. हे व्हिडिओ प्रसारित करणाऱ्यांविरुद्धच कारवाई करता येते का, याची चाचपणी सुरू असल्याची माहिती सूत्रांनी दिली. त्यामुळे इंदुरीकर यांनी २०१८ मध्ये नगरच्या सायबर सेल विभागास याबाबत माहिती दिली होती; मात्र, यावर दखल घेण्यात आली नाही. त्यानंतर पुन्हा असाच प्रकार घडल्याचा दावा केला जात आहे. त्यामुळे या विरोधात कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्याच्या दिशेने चाचपणी केली जात आहे. नगर येथील सायबर सेललाही याबाबत माहिती देण्यात आल्याचे सांगण्यात आले. इंदुरीकर महाराज यांनी कीर्तनात केलेल्या या वक्तव्याची दखल घेऊन त्यांच्यावर पीसीपीएनडीटी कायद्यानुसार गुन्हा दाखल करावा, अशी मागणी भूमाता ब्रिगेडच्या अध्यक्ष तृप्ती देसाई यांनी केली आहे. तसेच महाराष्ट्र अंधश्रद्धा निर्मूलन समितीचे कार्याध्यक्ष अविनाश पाटील यांनीही या वक्तव्याप्रकरणी इंदुरीकर महाराजांच्यावर गुन्हा दाखल करण्याची मागणी केली आहे. अशा प्रकरणांच्या बचावांसाठी ज्या ग्रंथांचा आधार घेतला जातो, त्यासंबंधी हायकोर्टाने दिलेल्या एका जुन्या निवाड्याचाही दाखला यासाठी दिला जात आहेया प्रकारामुळे इंदुरीकर महाराज यांचे समर्थकदेखील संतापले आहेत. महाराजांच्या समर्थनार्थ ही मंडळी आता मैदानात उतरली आहेत. इंदुरीकर महाराजांच्या पाठीराख्यांकडून त्यांच्या या वक्तव्याच्या समर्थनार्थ काही पुस्तकांचा दाखला देण्यात येत आहे. सोशल मीडियावर समर्थक महाराजांचे जोरदार समर्थन करत आहेत. या वक्तव्याच्या समर्थनार्थ सात ते आठ पुस्तकांचा संदर्भ देण्यात येत आहे. आपली बाजू मांडण्यासाठी महाराज या पुस्तकांचा आधार घेणार असल्याचे बोलले जात आहे.
काय म्हणाले होते इंदुरीकर?
अहमदनगरचे प्रसिद्ध किर्तनकार निवृत्ती महाराज इंदुरीकर यांच्या किर्तनातून वादग्रस्त वक्तव्य केल्याचा आरोप करण्यात येत आहे. ओझर येथे झालेल्या किर्तनात ” सम तिथीला स्त्री संग केला तर मुलगा होतो आणि विषम तिथीला स्त्री संग केल्यास मुलगी होते ” असे वक्तव्य केलं होते. इंदुरीकर महाराज यांनी केलेले वक्तव्य हे गर्भलिंग निदान निवडीची जाहिरात आहे. हे वक्तव्य म्हणजे गर्भधारणापूर्व व प्रसूतिपूर्व गर्भलिंगनिदान प्रतिबंधक (पीसीपीएनडीटी) कायद्यानुसार कलम २२ चे उल्लंघन असल्याचा आरोप या समितीच्या सदस्यांनी केला. पीसीपीएनडीटी च्या सल्लागार समितीने इंदुरीकर यांना नोटीस पाठवली आहे. इंदुरीकर महाराजांनी केलेल्या वक्तव्याप्रकरणी खुलासा मागितला आहे. नोटीस बजावल्यानंतर जर पुरावे आढळले तर गुन्हा दाखल करण्यात येईल असंही पीसीपीएनडीटीच्या सदस्यांनी म्हटलं आहे.
