– पत्नी सोडून गेल्याने नैराश्यातून एका व्यक्तीने तीन लहान मुलांचा खून करून आत्महत्या केल्याची खळबळजनक घटना घडली आहे. पालघर जिल्ह्यातील नालासोपारा पूर्वेच्या डॉन लेन परिसरात शनिवारी रात्री त्याने हे कृत्य केल्याचे प्राथमिक चौकशीतून समोर आले आहे.
कैलास परमार (वय 35) असे आत्महत्या केलेल्या व्यक्तीचे नाव आहे. तो नालासोपार्‍यातील पुर्वेच्या डॉन लेन परिसरातील बाबूल पाडा येथे राहत होता. त्याने नंदीनी (वय 8), नयना (वय 3) आणि नयन (वय 12) या तीन मुलांची चाकूने गळा चिरून खून करुन नंतर स्वत:वर देखील चाकूने वार करून आत्महत्या केली. कैलास लसूण विक्रीचा व्यवसाय करीत होता. पण टाळेबंदीत व्यवसाय बुडल्याने तो घरीच होता. त्याची पत्नी दीड महिन्यापासून माहेरी आहे. यामुळे कैलासच आपल्या तीनही मुलांचे पालनपोषण करीत होता. शनिवारी सकाळी त्याने फेसबुकवर पत्नीचा फोटो दुसर्‍या व्यक्तीबरोबर पहिला होता. कैलास जेवणासाठी मुलांसह वडिलांकडे जात असे. यामुळे शनिवारी दुपारी त्याने ही बाब वडिलांना सांगितली.
शनिवारी संध्याकाळी 4 वाजता चहापाण्यासाठी वडील त्याला बोलवायला गेले असल्याने त्याने मुले झोपली आहेत, रात्रीच जेवायला येतो असे सांगितले होते. पण आठ वाजले तरी कैलास आला नसल्याने त्याचे वडील पुन्हा त्याला बोलवायला गेले. यावेळी कैलासने दरवाजा उघडला नाही. म्हणून त्यांनी शेजारच्या मदतीने दरवाजा तोडून आत प्रवेश केला तर कैलास आणि त्याची तीनही मुले रक्ताच्या थारोळ्यात पडली होती.
